Selling a used car privately before getting title in my name?

it is illegal to sell a vehicle that is not in your name, some junk yards will take a vehicle that is going to be scrapped right away but for the most part you will have to get the tittle in your name

Tiene que ser en algunos queridos nombre. Que nunca es averiguar si tienen un derecho de retención sobre el mismo. The paper work going if it is immediately put in your name and do double transfer call them and see if it started though good luck.
