I bought a used car at a dealer, found out months later that it had no rear speakers and the speakers harness were cut. Took the car to the dealer, dealer said they weren't going repair the problem because they would have to replace the entire stereo harness.What should I do? Dealer knew the car had been modified and they didnt say anything about it before I purchased the car.

I purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo which has several chips and cracks in the windshield. Isn't it illegal to sell a used car with a cracked windshield? The dealer said they'd replace it free of charge but that was a month ago and I haven't heard from then since.
I live in Ohio where snow is a factor, so I can't exactly ignore it and hope that it doesn't shatter completely because the first time snow falls and my windshield freezes, it's going to break.

Every site says to get a used car inspected by your mechanic. How is this possible if you are buying from a dealer. How can you take it off their lot to a mechanic.
